Hello everyone!
We just wanted to address some rumors that have been circulating about the changes going on at C&M
Oil.
WE ARE NOT CLOSING!!!!!
We would like to assure our customers that that is not the case. As you all know, with Jim’s passing, we
have gone through many changes. One rule that has not changed is our commitment to our customers.
Jim put customer service above all else. We are doing everything in our power to continue servicing our
customers as soon as we possibly can.
We have fallen into the same predicament as many other businesses, with being short-handed. With
Jim’s passing, we not only lost our leader, boss, and friend, but also, as very dedicated and diligent driver.
He is one difficult man to replace. There will never be anyone who can replace him. They broke that
mold.
We are in the process of training not one, but two more drivers! Those we some big shoes to fill!
Unfortunately finding or training new drivers to haul fuel requires specialized training. Unfortunately,
that training takes an unreasonably long time! There is a light at the end of the tunnel. VERY shortly we
will have two fully accredited full-time drivers and a part-time driver all out there doing everything we
can do to service all your needs.
Of course, all of this delay has to come right smack in the middle of your busiest season. We get it and
totally understand. Much as we hate to say it, there may be times, within the next month, that we
simply cannot get to you as quickly as you’d like. And if a competitor of ours can get there sooner, we
get it. Obviously, you need to keep your business fueled and rolling. All we ask is, please do not forget
all our years of diligent service. We will be back full speed shortly, and we hope that you can bear with
us, remember us for you fueling needs in the future.
